What does it really DO? I just played a league game with ballhawk off, and I had 3 dropped user picks, and 3 instances where my player just watched the ball whiz 1 foot away from him. I have no trouble with picks and interceptions in ranked games...does this just mean that I should turn the Ballhawk option ON in the franchise?

"ball hawk," which essentially allows your specific player to time their jump rather than having you do it all yourself.

That being said, the ball hawk feature is awesome because it allows for expert playmakers to go and get passes you know they can. Troy Polamalu for example becomes twice as much of a threat because his adeptness at reading offenses is shown much better. Now when covering his deep responsibilities in a cover two scheme, a streaking tight-end isn't as much of a guaranteed reception because of his movement.

Probably would be better off with it "on" then...That could explain why Vilma twice just had a stupid look on his face while the ball whizzed by twice
